Borderlands 2 has a release date and it's September 18th!

Today is a good day for all who have been vying to return to Pandora: Borderlands 2 has a release date! The much-anticipated sequel will be arriving in North America on Tuesday, September 18th and internationally on Friday, September 21st.

Pandorians who pre-order Borderlands from participating retailers will receive access to the Borderlands 2 Premier Club, giving them access to in-game items and bonuses, including the Golden Key (to unlock a rare item in the Sanctuary Loot Chest), the Vault Hunter's Relic (to boost your gear-hunting fortune), and the Gearbox Gunpack (to deck your characters out with unique Gearbox Golden Guns.)

We've also just released a new trailer with new Borderlands footage (it's over three minutes long!) Check out the Doomsday Trailer now.

I loved the first one and cant wait to try the sequel. I want to pre-order it on Steam but I also want the pre-order pack. Is the pre-order pack going to be offered when BL2 is available on Steam? Thanks
