I have one last demo room to tour you through before E3 ends today, and honestly, I think I've saved the best for last. Spec Ops: The Line is a military shooter that takes place in Dubai after a horrific sandstorm has destroyed the beautiful city. As with all our rooms, we created this demo space to reflect the environment and mood of the game itself - opulent, but destroyed. The pictures aren't deceiving your eyes - when you step inside that darkened space, you really do feel as if you are encased in a glass skyscraped, sand pouring through the broken panes.
Greg Kasavin, Producer, and Chris Thomas, Associate Producer, took journalists through our latest demo. And while this game is about the military, it's not just about the military. This is the kind of game that's meant to get under your skin. There is no clear definition of right and wrong. You aren't supposed to know exactly what to do. I know that watching the dry run of this demo last week, I felt my skin crawl a couple times. And I've been a self-proclaimed hardcore gamer for years and years - that doesn't happen so much to me anymore.
You can watch our E3 trailer on the 2K Games YouTube channel. I've also rounded up a couple previews to give you more details about the E3 demo.
